[16 May 12] Ship pulled to sea
Breaking news is that the "Eihatsu Maru", a 50 m Fishing vessel which ran aground at Clifton First beach has been pulled to sea by Amandla Smit's Salvage tug on its 3rd attempt The vessel was lightened by removing some 80 tons of oil.
